Our client are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Blackburn on a 13-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and experienced individual to make a significant impact on our business.

About the Role:

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our team. This is a highly hands-on role where you will be involved in all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You will lead a small, dedicated HR team and work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a small HR team
  • Partnering with managers and senior leaders
  • Employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Payroll and benefits administration
  • Employment law compliance
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting the business with HR advice and guidance

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven HR generalist experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CIPD qualified (desirable)
