We are working with a rapid growth boutique consultancy that have expertise in the sale of healthcare sites / businesses / properties and hospitality / hotel venues.
They have an incredible client base and some extremely high value and high profile portfolio examples.
The role works within their healthcare team. A newly created position with unrivalled career development opportunity (scope to equity director level - a life changing wealth creation potential for the right person).
Your role is to develop relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate clients looking to both sell and purchase healthcare sites in the UK.
It's a relationship driven setting and you need to be someone who understands the value of being a trusted advisor. This is not a 'transactional sale' - relationships and trust take time to develop and you need to be someone strategically and commercially aware.
It would suit someone who has spent at least 3 - 4 years in a property sales role.
Required:
- Experience of property sale - a proactive and target focused consultant / agent with a genuine appetite to progress to director level.
- Professionalism and high integrity coupled with excellent communication skills.
- A natural relationship-builder, someone who enjoys networking and creating new business opportunities.
- A natural interest in business - your target customers are business owners / entrepreneurs and ambitious corporates.
