As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
- Developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilising various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates
- Conducting thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
- Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring decision
- Building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Requirements:
- Initially a 12 month contract
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting high-calibre candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
