Our client is a leading company in their manufacturing field and is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. Please note this role is initially for a 12 month contract.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
  • Developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Utilising various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates
  • Conducting thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring decision
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Requirements:

  • Initially a 12 month contract
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting high-calibre candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
