Description
The IT Support Technician will:
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, network, and security.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the 2nd line support team or the relevant department.
- Document and update customer records and tickets in the Helpdesk system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and feedback.
Profile
The IT Support Technician will have exposure to the following:
- Basic Networking LAN
- VMware Hypervisor knowledge
- Remote Desktop
- Azure Experience Desirable
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Azure Active Directory Desirable
