The IT Support Technician will provide 1st line technical support to users.

Our client is a renowned Financial services firm, boasting a large team of 200+ employees.

Description

The IT Support Technician will:

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, network, and security.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the 2nd line support team or the relevant department.
  • Document and update customer records and tickets in the Helpdesk system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and feedback.

Profile

The IT Support Technician will have exposure to the following:

  • Basic Networking LAN
  • VMware Hypervisor knowledge
  • Remote Desktop
  • Azure Experience Desirable
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Azure Active Directory Desirable
