JOB TITLE: BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR - Part-time

HOURLY RATE: £11.50 - £12.00 per hour

HOURS OF

EMPLOYMENT: 9 am - 2 pm -Monday to Friday - No weekends + Free Parking

Our client, a rapidly expanding and highly ambitious company, is seeking to recruit a Part-time Branch Administrator to join their dynamic team based in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training. We are looking for individuals who are computer literate, possess excellent organisational skills, and are seeking a company that offers outstanding prospects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role of the Branch Administrator is to support the office in organising and meeting its daily objectives. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Report to the Branch Manager
  • Ensuring all legal compliances are met - (collating and scanning of documents)
  • Anti Money Laundering checks
  • Downloading and/or ordering Energy Performance Certificates
  • Land Registry ownership, lease lengths and checking Tenure charges
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors upon their arrival
  • Making sure Agency Agreements are received and scanned for record
  • Checking IDs
  • Creating documentation - contracts for clients
  • Ensure all work is accurate and proofread before posting - attention to detail is essential.
  • All letters - Price Changes, offer letters (withdrawn, Rejected, Accepted STS), Property listing Withdrawn, and any others required.
  • Creating and ordering Brochures & Cards
  • Raising Sales Memorandums and distributing them to all parties
  • Ordering & stock-checking Stationery and Office Sundries.
  • Extensive client liaison - communicate professionally with clients and internal staff on the telephone and by email, relaying messages where possible
  • Carrying out all admin tasks required relating to marketing
  • All Post - sorting and distributing incoming and sending of outgoing.
  • Dealing with incoming calls & enquiries
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Any other general admin duties asked, i.e., liaising with any IT issues and general maintenance
