Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Project Manager, and the hybrid role comes with an umbrella contract rate of £32.50/hr (inside IR35). The contract role is available at sites at either Shrewsbury or Stafford and will initially run for 12 months.
As a Procurement Professional you will be developing improvement plans to support buyers and professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management to enable optimal and efficient operations.
In your first few weeks in this Procurement Professional role, you can expect to:
- Develop improvement plans to support buyers and professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal and efficient operations
- Support customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection
- Gain experience in managing a commodity in terms of spend
- Sourcing suppliers for parts
- Working with buyers across various areas, following up with suppliers and preparing reports
- General supplier management activities.
