Customer Account Manager

Do you have a natural ability to build a rapport with potential customers as a B2B Internal Sales professional? My client has a great opportunity to join its growing team as a Customer Account Manager. You'll be great on the telephone and be used to email, social media and video calling.

Job duties of the Customer Account Manager are to:

  • Use cold calling methods to win new business
  • Regularly contact existing customers
  • Highlight new opportunities and identify any lost business
  • Competently negotiate with new and existing clients

Skills and experience required for the Customer Account Manager are:

  • Proven track record in achieving targets
  • Good IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and ERP systems
  • Good relationship builder
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
