Commercial Account Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious Midlands-based independent insurance broker. You'll inherit a strong-performing Commercial client book.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your portfolio of clients
  • Providing a full 360 service to your client book
  • Growing the client portfolio
  • Drive growth and exceed targets.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy in all aspects of your role.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance.
  • You'll be supported by a supportive team working together to provide the best for their clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Commercial Account Executive
  • Proven track record of growing your own book of business
  • Experience in building and maximising income opportunities from existing client portfolios
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong market knowledge and insurer relationships
  • Experience and understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory processes
