Duties in our Safeguarding and Family Support Service:
- You will handle urgent child protection referrals, ensuring children's safety under S47 of the Children Act.
- Your role involves assessing cases, working with children affected by sexual abuse, and securing permanency through community or court processes.
Your focus will be on making the child's journey safe and preventing them from cycling in and out of care.
- You must be Social Work England registered with significant experience. Responsibilities include case management, developing effective relationships with children and families, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high standards of practice.
- You will collaborate with partner agencies, address equalities issues, and contribute to service development.
