Your new company
A national property and construction consultancy offering quantity surveying services, building surveying, dispute resolution and project management. They are looking to grow their Manchester team and have a need for a senior quantity surveyor to join their team of 7.
Your new role
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential with some commercial and heritage work. New build and refurbishment. In this role you will deliver BQs and detailed cost plan work as well as look at funding and Homes England reports.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree qualified quantity surveyor with a few years PQE in the UK. Ideally someone who has experience working within a consultancy setting. If you want to work for a national firm amongst the hustle and bustle of Manchester, this is the role for you.
