Position: Complex Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality complex care to clients in their homes or within a healthcare facility.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Implement and follow individual care plans to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
Essential Competencies:
- Experience in Complex Care: Demonstrated experience in providing complex care to individuals with various medical conditions.
- Compassion and Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing situations and respond to the varying needs of clients.

Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
