Salary: Up to £27,000 PA DOE

**The Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll assist the senior project manager in delivering high-quality property refurbishment services that focus on positive customer outcomes. Your role will include managing the refurbishment process to create safe homes for tenants within agreed timescales and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in research, costing, and material orders
  • Managing external suppliers and contractors
  • Administrative support throughout the project life cycle
  • Quality control and keeping stakeholders informed
  • Accounts admin, including raising POs and invoicing
  • Managing small projects with support from senior PM
  • Problem solving and communication with property owners
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth project transitions

**Who We're Looking For

  • A great communicator with the ability to build rapport
  • Eager to learn and develop, with a willingness to dive into tasks
  • A confident driver (essential for travel around Yorkshire)
  • Integrity, value-driven, and a team player
  • Some knowledge of the private rental sector, including building regulations and legal requirements

**Essentials:

  • Leadership qualities
  • Experience or education in project management
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, CRM systems)
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Full driving license with access to a vehicle

**Nice to Haves:

  • APM/Prince2 qualification
  • CMI Diploma in Project Management
  • Apprentices (over 18) are welcome to apply
