TSR Legal are working with a well-established law firm in Cheltenham who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing and running a full caseload.
- Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let.
- Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.
Requirements
- Preferably minimum of 3 plus years PQE
- Be able to handle their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Have a strong technical proficiency
- Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
- Be able to work under pressure but in a supportive environment
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be able to deal with complex matters
- Be a team player
