Electrical Maintenance Engineer

I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for electricalmaintenanceengineers (with multi experience) to work on a new contract in Central London. The contract is split across two commercial sites a stone throw away from each other.

  • Salary £40k-£43k (dependant on experience & qualifications)
  • Old Street, Central London
  • Monday - Friday with plenty of overtime available

Responsibilities:

  1. To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  2. Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.
  3. Reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical, electrical systems
  4. Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
  5. Fabric maintenance knowledge

Requirements:

  1. NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
  2. C&G Level2 Qualification in Mechanical / Electrical - with Experience
  3. Training Formally trained in electrical/mechanical maintenance
  4. 17th/18th edition
  5. Proven experience as an ElectricalMaintenanceEngineer in building services (commercial offices, hospitals, or critical environment preferable)
  6. Plans to grow and climb the ranks in a company
