Interim Management Accountant, 4 months, multi-site consumer. £350-400 umbrella. July start.
I'm working with a well known multi-site consumer business on a 4 month interim Management Accountant role. The role focuses on property accounting and will include the below responsibilities :
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for 70 sites under IFRS16, along with preparing detailed commentary and analysis
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for month end close
- Analysis of financial performance
- Support the FPA team with budgeting and forecasting for their property portfolio
Key skills required
- Fully Qualified Accountant
- Prior experience with lease accounting/ IFRS 16
