**Key Responsibilities:
- Individual and Group Support: Provide targeted assistance to students, both one-on-one and in small groups, ensuring they meet their learning goals.
- Curriculum Assistance: Support the classroom teacher with delivering engaging lessons, preparing learning materials, and creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Behaviour Management: Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive, respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Progress Monitoring: Assist in assessing and tracking student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Special Educational Needs (SEN): Work with children with diverse needs, implementing personalised strategies to aid their development.
- General Classroom Duties: Assist with daily routines, classroom organisation, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
**What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience working in a UK primary school is essential. Familiarity with the Key Stage 1 curriculum and supporting children with special needs is a plus.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in education or child care are highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport with young children. Proficiency in managing classroom dynamics and supporting differentiated learning.
