Well-established, regional law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their Leamington Spa offices.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Property Solicitor role within a traditional, local practice who provides expert and sound advice to the wider community. They are seeking talented and dedicated individuals to run their own caseload of matters including:
- Landlord and Tenant matters, including agreements for lease and new leases
- Conditional contracts, option agreements, lock-out agreements, rights of pre-emption and overage agreements
- Property development; acting for developers, landowners and occupiers
- Property finance; acting on behalf of borrowers and lenders
The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will ideally have 2+ years' PQE, is wanting to establish themselves in a supportive and friendly team, is confident in their own ability and is looking to really make a difference to their clients.
