Job Title: Compliance Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a background in Insurance or MGA, who is well-versed in FCA Rules and Regulations and has a solid understanding of Delegated Authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the company's compliance with all FCA regulations and standards.
- Manage and lead the compliance team, providing guidance, support, and development.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure robust risk management.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing compliance controls, making improvements where necessary.
- Manage the company's delegated authority framework, ensuring all processes are compliant and effective.
- Handle DISP Rules-related matters, ensuring the company adheres to complaint handling procedures and timelines.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, reporting findings to senior management.
- Provide training and updates to staff on regulatory changes and compliance best practices.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, maintaining positive and proactive relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a compliance role within the Insurance or MGA sector.
- In-depth knowledge of FCA Rules and Regulations.
- Strong understanding of Delegated Authority.
- Experience managing or leading a team.
- Familiarity with DISP Rules and complaint handling processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
