Financial Accounts Manager

Eaton Syalon are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Accounts Manager to join our client's Group Finance team. This is an exciting interim opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage financial reporting and control activities effectively.
As a Financial Accounts Manager, you will:
- Support the financial team in ensuring efficient and effective contract accounting and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
- Manage accurate and timely reporting and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain proactive business relationships with commercial and financial teams.
- Produce high-quality analysis and reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate revenue and margin recognition, WIP, and debt reporting.
- Manage, support, and develop the finance team.
- Coordinate purchasing and corporate cards management.
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Act as the finance lead on business projects or initiatives.
- Liaise with external and internal audit teams to resolve audit queries promptly.
- Prepare cash and working capital analysis and forecasts.
Our client is seeking a technically strong Qualified Accountant with exceptional financial reporting and controls experience to join them on an interim basis, other key skills include:
- Ability to lead a small team, creating a clear understanding of goals and provide necessary guidance and day to day management of the team
- Strong analytical skill set and the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong business partnering skills with a collaborative and proactive approach
