We are seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join an outstanding school in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach across KS3 and KS4. This role requires a Science Teacher who can deliver inspiring lessons and is available until the end of the academic year.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials and provide individualised and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each pupil.
- Evaluate students' academic and social growth, keep appropriate records, and prepare progress reports.
- Communicate with parents and school counsellors on pupil progress.
- Participate in curriculum and professional development sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science.
- Ambition and enthusiasm for delivering the subject.
- Ability to teach Science across KS3 and KS4
- Commitment to the role until the end of the academic year.
