Are you an experienced Year 3 Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Rugby? We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join a thriving primary school on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for the full range of teaching duties, including planning, marking, and assessing students' progress. You will play a key role in creating an engaging learning environment that fosters students' academic growth and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum for Year 3 students

Mark work, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress

Assess students' learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support the overall development of students

Take part in staff meetings, parent evenings, and additional school responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

UK teaching experience, ideally with Key Stage 2 and Year 3

Strong understanding of the national curriculum and age-appropriate learning techniques

Proven ability to plan and assess lessons to ensure student success

Positive and proactive attitude, willing to take on full responsibilities of the role
