- Review best practice and benchmarking particularly in relation to digital / AI, Early Help
To identify any opportunities for efficiencies to deliver the service within budget and ensure all relevant statutory duties are adhered to.
Consider a whole system view of the impact / consequences of any decisions / recommendations with reference to the strategic context outlined above.
To provide recommendations to the 0-19 Service Transformation Steering Group for the delivery of the 0-19 service from April 2026.
