You'll be joining the dynamic and fast-paced specialist Corporate, Media & Entertainment team of one of the UK's top Chartered Insurance Brokers as a Client Advisor. Working from an office in a beautiful leafy London suburb with excellent transport links, you'll work daily with a broad spectrum of existing clients, offering bespoke insurance solutions across all classes of commercial insurance (Property Owners, Fleet, Construction, Manufacturing, etc)
As the first point of contact, you'll be adept at building and managing key relationships with your own portfolio of clients. You'll also be proactive in assisting new business opportunities.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Providing your clients with a positive client experience, including excellent communication.
- Placing policies and delivering accurate and timely renewals.
- Generating new business, as well as identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Handling all mid-term adjustments
- Supporting other members of your team - using Acturis (for which full training will be provided) - to maintain records, obtain e-traded quotes and renewal terms, and assist with matters arising as and when required.
