The successful Alumni and Development Manager's responsibilities below:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance alumni engagement and support.
- Coordinate and execute fundraising campaigns.
- Plan and organise alumni events and initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing donors and alumni.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to promote the organisation's initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on alumni engagement and fundraising activities.
- Contribute to the overall goals of the organisation.
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in Education or Not for Profit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with fundraising campaigns and donor relations.
- A passion for community development and relationship building.
