Description

The successful Alumni and Development Manager's responsibilities below:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance alumni engagement and support.
  • Coordinate and execute fundraising campaigns.
  • Plan and organise alumni events and initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing donors and alumni.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to promote the organisation's initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on alumni engagement and fundraising activities.
  • Contribute to the overall goals of the organisation.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in Education or Not for Profit
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with fundraising campaigns and donor relations.
  • A passion for community development and relationship building.
