Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for an immediate start?

Due to recent growth our client has a backlog in purchase ledger and are seeking a skilled Accounts individual to support them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the purchase ledger and clearing the backlog efficiently.
  • Processing supplier invoices and matching them to purchase orders.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
  • Preparing payment runs.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry into Sage Line 50.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Sage Line 50 is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
