Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to join a relaxed family-feel company working on high-end office fit-outs in the City of London? This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team, delivering quality work for a variety of Tier 2 main contractors. Your role will involve a heavy focus on design management, as the majority of this firm's contracts are D&B.
The company has been established for over 40 years and has been steadily growing since a recent change in structure. This electrical management outfit has recently transitioned into an employee-owned trust, meaning that an Electrical Project Manager in this role will benefit long-term from project ownership and autonomy within a collaborative, family-feel team.
Your role as an Electrical Project Manager will include:
- Managing multiple projects concurrently
- Client-facing role
- Focus on design and preconstruction management
- Travel to sites in the City 3 days a week, 2 days from office
- General Electrical Project Management duties
The successful Electrical Project Manager will need:
- Experience in Project Management
- Background in electrical engineering within construction
- Experience with Cat B office fit-outs is ideal
- Commutable to Tunbridge Wells and Central London
