A South East based specialist in Water / Air Hygiene / Legionella services are now seeking to take on a City and Guilds / WMSoc qualified Legionella Risk Assessor. You will be able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments across longstanding Local Authority, Educational, Food & Beverage, and Industrial client sites. Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella management company.
" Knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" IT literate.
" Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain professional relationships.
" Able to prioritise workload in line with company / client needs.
The Role:
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines to carry out Legionella Risk Assessments on both hot and cold-water systems.
" Using findings from risk assessments to produce detailed legionella management plans, ensuring clients are aware of actions to be taken to prevent legionnaires disease.
" Providing detailed legionella reports upon completion of assessments.
" Creating site specific schematic drawings.
" Carrying out work in line with site specific schematic drawings.
" Liaising with clients, ensuring to maintain and continue to build excellent rapport.
" Adapting workday in line with company and client needs, ensuring work is completed in line with agreed time frames.
