We are currently looking to recruit a Temporary Project Manager for a proactive client of ours to deliver a range of business projects on a Temporary basis

This role will make great use of you proven project management experience, your high standard of communication skills and your ability to forge solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike. Your expertise as a Project Manager will enable the organisation to deliver a number of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with all relevant functions of the business to understand project requirements, enabling projects to be planned effectively with clearly defined project team structure, resource requirements, reporting, milestones and deliverables
  • Support the Head of PMO and other Programme Managers / stakeholders in the day to day delivery of projects across the business .
  • Support the Head of PMO and other Programme Managers / stakeholders in the development of projects across the Trust.
  • Take a lead in the delivery of delegated projects ensuring robust project management and delivery.
  • Support the delivery of a range of other projects.
  • Work to align the activities taking place in different organisations and across system partnership working as appropriate to ensure delivery of the aims of the programme, encouraging all parties to consider end to end pathways, considering primary care, community, mental health, secondary care and local government, community and third sector services
  • Review delivery plans to ensure that projects will be delivered by within the set out time frames.
  • Manage all relevant corporate business returns, including planning and workforce returns.
  • Design, develop and implement systems to ensure information is properly managed to ensure the successful delivery of Trust projects and to ensure that best practice is embedded across the business with regular monitoring.
  • Provide coordination of and participate in relevant working groups and provide project advice, expertise and support where requested.

Ideally applicants will have proven experience of establishing robust governance and project methodology to deliver on project timelines and mitigate issues along the way.

You will be able to demonstrate that you work well in a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships across multiple teams. You will be able to adapt to changing needs and be well organised and self-motivated; able to focus on the task in had to ensure the project is supported from start to finish.
