REED Education is currently looking for an exceptional Inclusion Lead with SENDCo responsibilities to join a dynamic and forward-thinking school. The successful candidate will manage and enhance the provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning, and promoting inclusive practices that lead to high standards of achievement.

About the Role:

  • Lead the SEND provision, promoting excellent teaching and the effective use of resources.
  • Provide professional guidance to colleagues and work closely with staff, parents/carers, and external agencies.
  • Support the school's journey towards an outstanding Ofsted judgement with resilience and expertise.
  • Champion an inclusive school environment and monitor support for children with SEND.
  • Drive a child-centred approach and maintain a focus on the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the school as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
