Your new role
Ownership of management accountsLeading budgeting and forecasting efforts
Preparing financial reports for the board
Managing a team of 4 staff
Overseeing cash flow forecasting and invoicing
Conducting weekly payment runs and payroll
Managing the year-end process
Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Identifying and analysing opportunities to increase profitability
Supporting the Managing Director with ad-hoc finance duties
What you'll need to succeed
Strong management accountant skills
Stakeholder management skills
Strong excel skill
Proactive attitude
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
