Real Estate Fee Earner (Development) – Solicitor

  • Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (OTE UP TO £70,000 DOE)

Join our award-winning team, a Legal 500 ranked firm known for our commitment to growth and excellence. We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, specialising in development, to make a tangible impact within our dynamic development team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage a caseload of real estate development matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasehold transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate development agreements, leases, and other related documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence and coordinate with colleagues across departments to provide seamless client service.
  • Advise clients on development-related legal issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Assist in business development activities to support the growth of the department, including networking and attending industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of PQE in Real Estate, with a particular focus on development.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of the development process, including planning and environmental considerations.
  • A client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Interest in business development and networking within the real estate industry.
