Business Change Manager, SC Cleared

We are currently recruiting for an SC Cleared Business Change Manager to join an central government organisation. You will be working to deliver a large transformation programme.

Rate - £600.00 per day inside ir35

Duration - 2 years

Location - London - 3 days a week onsite

The Role

You will be working on a strategic role requiring a deep understanding of the business change methodologies and practices, with a strong focus on the implementation

Key Skills

• strong Business Change experience, and excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (written and verbal),
• successfully engage a wide range of stakeholders who are impacted by the change.
• lean into other areas of the programme, including PMO, to support the completion of strategic deliverables and reports.
• work with senior leadership teams, driving initiatives from scoping through to implementation, as well as the ability to manage small teams.
• integrate to the client's small Business Change team and work alongside Business Change Managers,
• there will be an expectation to participate in internal and client in-person engagement activities and workshops on a monthly basis
