Alexander Lloyd has an exciting new role for an Associate Employee Benefits Consultant to join a London based firm working with Expats in regard to their Benefit arrangements. Working with a number of Senior Consultants you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Work with consultants & senior consultants in the preparation of client deliverables and materials across the range of expatriate benefit propositions and services.
- Monitor the tracking of renewals, production of renewal reports, maintaining client files, populating, and maintaining activity/issues trackers.
- Own and coordinate membership changes, queries, and the tracking of invoices for clients.
- Produce drafts of meeting agendas and meeting minutes/actions.
- Responsible for a small portfolio of SME clients, acting as the lead consultant managing all client activity.
Relevant Experience needed:
- Minimum experience of two years in the insurance/employee benefits sector.
- Experienced with basic computer skills & packages including Microsoft applications - Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong client focus with the ability to develop positive relationships with team members and external contacts
