The Role of the Document Controller
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage and coordinate project documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all documentation and scheduling queries from customers.
- Attend project meetings and utilize supplied data to generate and review project status reports.
- Support weekly project meetings by effectively communicating project expectations to all team members and stakeholders, ensuring compliance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently, taking and recording messages accurately.
