Job Title: Deputy Manager
Salary: Up to £58,300 PA
Location: Bromley
Bright Selection are delighted to represent a well-established, family-owned care group in their search for an experienced Care Manager for their "Good" rated, medium sized dementia, residential home in Bromley. Ideally looking for a Nurse qualified manager to work alongside the Home Manager.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with active PIN
- Proven track record in the management of a nurses
- Extensive clinical knowledge
- Management of Safeguarding and DOLS experienced
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Registered Manager
- Support on day to day management of home
- Lead on achieving clinical outcomes within the home
- Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation and completion of all relevant records
- Team management and leadership responsibilities
Contract, Remuneration and benefits:
- Up to £58,300 per annum
- 45 hours a week from Monday - Sunday
