An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Analyst to join a dynamic team at a leading organisation based in Warrington. The successful candidate will play a key role in the production and delivery of people metrics and data reporting, contributing to continuous improvement projects across the function.

As the HR Analyst, your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency and delivering improvements into the HR service offering. You will be responsible for providing accurate reporting and analytics on a regular basis, working closely with both HR and IT teams to enhance data reporting capabilities. Your ability to interpret large volumes of data will enable you to identify trends and variances that can inform strategic decision-making. In addition, you will process organisational structure changes in the selected HR system and assist in preparing comprehensive reports for various stakeholders.

  • Provide reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems.
  • Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to interpret and analyse data trends.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule.
  • Produce and interpret large volumes of data, identifying trends and variances.
  • Understand and adhere to internal processes whilst striving for continuous improvement.
  • Process organisational structure changes in the selected HR system.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports suitable for a range of audiences.

The ideal candidate for this HR Analyst position will bring advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, along with knowledge of various HR systems such as iTrent / Midland HR system and SAP Success Factors System. Your experience with other HR systems including Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management and Learning & Development will be highly beneficial. You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels. Your ability to work autonomously as well as within a wider team will be crucial for success in this role.

  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of iTrent / Midland HR system and SAP Success Factors System is highly desirable.
  • Experience with other HR systems including Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management and Learning & Development is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while working to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in managing relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a wider team.
