Professional Assistant

We're on the lookout for an experienced Professional Assistant to join our client's dynamic Employee Experience team in London, where you'll provide vital administrative support to senior leaders across Europe and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel, and expenses.
  • Prepare and proofread documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with client project finances and respond to client queries.
  • Maintain records and update the client information database.
  • Build relationships with the European Business Support Team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in complex diary management for senior management.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with attention to detail.
  • Able to handle sensitive information and work independently.
