About the Role:
As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports to senior stakeholders. You'll work closely with finance leadership, taking the lead on cash flow management, compliance submissions, and supporting the year-end audit. This is the perfect role to sharpen your analytical skills while driving financial performance and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare insightful financial reports, including monthly performance monitoring.
- Assist in managing working capital, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of external financial returns.
- Provide key support during year-end audits and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to maximize cash flow and identify areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Part-qualified AAT/ACCA/CIMA.
- Strong IT skills, with experience using accounting software packages.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and a keen eye for detail in report generation.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, with a focus on performance reporting.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
