Service/Helpdesk Coordinator Havant Permanent – FULL TIME £24,960

We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Service Co-ordinator for our fantastic maintenance and repairs client. The role will be to manage incoming maintenance requests and ensure fast, efficient resolutions.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Summary of role:
- Assisting with the allocation of work to operatives on a daily basis, including providing response work.
- Assisting any appointment amendments, liaising with operatives and residents.
- Updating and maintaining company database with details of appointments and completed works.
- Ad hoc administration duties as and when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong communication skills
- Previous telephone experience
- Strong word-processing/administration skills, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy at all times
- Excellent organisational/time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
