Service/Helpdesk Coordinator Havant Permanent – FULL TIME £24,960

We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Service Co-ordinator for our fantastic maintenance and repairs client. The role will be to manage incoming maintenance requests and ensure fast, efficient resolutions.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Summary of role:

  • Assisting with the allocation of work to operatives on a daily basis, including providing response work.
  • Assisting any appointment amendments, liaising with operatives and residents.
  • Updating and maintaining company database with details of appointments and completed works.
  • Ad hoc administration duties as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous telephone experience
  • Strong word-processing/administration skills, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy at all times
  • Excellent organisational/time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
