We are on the lookout for a Service Administrator to join our team, providing exceptional administrative support within our supply chain operations.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients, ranging from individual farmers to large food manufacturing and processing companies, experience outstanding service.
Day to day of the role:
- Manage and oversee administrative tasks to support the service department efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and suppliers, coordinating to ensure timely delivery and service of equipment.
- Maintain meticulous records of equipment inventory, service schedules, and client communications.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to refine service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Offer informed support to clients, adeptly handling inquiries and resolving issues with promptness and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in administrative roles, with a preference for backgrounds in supply or equipment-focused industries.
- Ability to read and understand machinery electrical and mechanical manuals, schematics, diagrams and plans.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Competence to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the agricultural and food processing sectors is beneficial.
