Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a growing law firm, who have recently acquired a new site and are growing their team of support staff as a result. They are looking for a conveyancing legal secretary, who can support their fee earners as they take on the clients from their new acquisition.
The Role will include, but is not limited to:
- Supporting 2 fee earners
- Typing, preparing and keeping track of all correspondence, using case management system (Tikit)
- Ensuring AML procedures are followed
- Arranging meetings and maintaining the fee earners' diaries
- Preparation of bills
- Post completion work
The Ideal Conveyancing Legal Secretary will have:
- Experience with residential conveyancing
- Fantastic organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using a case management system (essential), specifically Tikit (desirable)
- Understanding of the residential conveyancing process (able to describe aspects of post completion work)
