ECT KS1/ KS2 Primary Teacher Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing a teacher training program leading to QTS.
- Experience or training in teaching KS1 and/or KS2 students.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic school setting.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- Experience with or willingness to teach children with high SEN in mixed-ability classes.
- Strong behavioral management skills to handle diverse classroom needs.
