We are looking for an experienced PPC specialist to manage and optimise paid search ad campaigns, while providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders. This role offers flexible working arrangements, welcoming candidates seeking part-time, hybrid, or remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Paid Search Campaigns: Handle day-to-day operations of Google & Microsoft ad campaigns, ensuring optimisation and ROI.
- Internal Communication & Strategy: Work with the Marketing Manager on campaign updates and strategic recommendations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and provide regular reports, offering data-driven insights.
- Analytics Reporting: Present multi-channel reports (SEM, SEO, Social, Email, Web Analytics) with optimisation recommendations.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: Conduct audits, A/B testing, and user feedback to enhance digital performance.
- Market Data & Trend Analysis: Support tracking of key market and competitor data for campaign optimization.
- Budget Management: Assist in optimizing ad budgets across platforms to maximize efficiency.
- Support Paid Social & SEO: Contribute to paid social ad strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and support SEO efforts to maintain top organic rankings.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with GA4 to extract actionable insights.
- Proficient in PPC strategies and bid management (manual and automated).
- Understanding of how PPC integrates into broader digital marketing.
Work Arrangement: Flexible-remote, hybrid, or office-based-with monthly in-person meetings to support collaboration.
