Mortgage Advisor - Hertfordshire
We are looking for an experience Mortgage Advisor on behalf of an award-winning independent estate agent based in Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible financial solutions.
- Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Manage the entire mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a strong track record of successful mortgage sales.
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
