Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a company in Huddersfield who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time and permanent position offering flexible working from home. You will be a part of a team of 4 to process circa 2000 employees with weekly and monthly pay.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support end to end payroll and benefits process for circa 2000 colleagues for circa 12 payrolls (weekly and monthly pay) and pension schemes
- Ensure prompt processing of payroll related conditions such as overpayments, salaries, pay awards, variations, expenses, and allowances
- Ensure all people data is accurately maintained
- Investigate and resolves any payroll related queries
- Ensure payroll accuracy meets colleagues' expectations and company standards
- Assist in the development of procedures and systems for accurate payroll processing
You will need to demonstrate:
- Payroll experience
- Knowledge of payroll systems
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Respectful of confidentiality and discretion to manage sensitive information
- Attention to detail, problem-solving and ability to manage time effectively
