About the Role: As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of children across various age groups within the school. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Providing one-on-one support to students who need extra help
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting classroom management and student behaviour
- Contributing to the planning and preparation of classroom activities
- Working flexibly across different classes and age groups as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, patience, and adaptability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
