Our client specialises in providing innovative solutions to the publishing industry. They provide cutting-edge digital solutions to a global clientele from small independent publishers to large media organisations.

They are now looking for a Technical Account Manager to join the team with ideally at least 3 years experience as an Account Manager in the tech industry. Experience within the publishing industry would be extremely advantageous as well.

We are looking for someone with:

As a Technical Account Manager you will:

  • Be the go-to contact for a set of key clients and manage relationships with them
  • Deeply understand both the products and client businesses to build trust and rapport.
  • Manage the client's renewals and report on upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the customer support, product and development teams
  • Work towards increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Be responsible for client retention

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a group of existing clients, building and growing trusted relationships
  • Understand market dynamics, clients, and their competitors
  • Develop a good understanding of other systems and technology currently used by your clients
  • Conduct account update calls/meetings as needed.
  • Track any support tickets that are raised by your group of clients to our support team
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the other Account Managers to share knowledge
  • Provide client feedback to our Product team for product development.
