Part-time HR Co-ordinator

Part-time HR Co-ordinator - 27 hours per week - Central Cambridge

Would you love to work for one of Cambridge's historical University Colleges as HR Co-ordinator.

The successful candidate will join their small HR team, which is responsible for managing all aspects of the employee's journey from placing advertisements, administering the recruitment process, training and development and any ER issues.

The HR-Co-ordinator will have responsibility for assisting line managers with:

  • Recruitment
  • Drafting employment contracts
  • Dealing with first line HR queries
  • Training & Development administration

Knowledge and experience required:

  • Experience of working in an administration capacity within HR
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification
  • Knowledge of employment law and working time legislation
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office
