Altum Consulting are recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to join an established retail business in London. This role is for an initial 6 months with the potential to extend/be made permanent.
Role:
- Ensuring strong financial control across reporting.
- Management of external audit.
- Preparation of statutory financial reporting.
- Working closely with other financial and commercial teams to ensure financial accounting of commercial contracts are accurate.
- Technical compliance and guidelines, balance sheet control and cash optimisation within management accounts business functional areas.
- Managing a team of x2 qualified Management Accountants.
You'll be/have:
- A Qualified Accountant with significant post qualified experience in industry (multisite, retail, leisure)
- Technically strong with practical experience applying IFRS16.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, multi-site business.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality management reporting within strong controls framework.
- Available immediately/short notice period.
