Job description:
- The post will include delivering both individual and group occupational therapy interventions within a clear care pathway, these interventions include:
- Lifestyle Matters Programme - a 20 session group which utilises Lifestyle Redesign principles.
- Memory Matters Programme - a 6 session group for people with early stages of dementia and their carers.
- Comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and individual occupational therapy interventions.
